You are better off with making your own version of Chinese food, honestly. Even the vegetable dishes are made with animal by-product such as oyster sauce. So you cannot really be safe unless you ask the employees. But you cannot go wrong with steamed white rice/brown rice and steamed vegetables.I hope this guide helped in some way!
